Accept the quote and we book the survey or works at a time that suits the building and its residents.
Quote questions, answered
For single doors and small jobs, usually not: photos and measurements are often enough. For blocks and portfolios we quote from a site survey so the price reflects the real condition of every door.
Yes. Once we have surveyed and itemised the work, the price per door stands. If we discover something genuinely unforeseeable we pause and agree the change with you before continuing.
Yes, portfolio quotations are our normal work. We produce a consolidated register with per-building breakdowns so you can phase the spend.
