Fire door specialists with compliance at the core.

Fire Door London UK exists for one reason: to make every fire door we touch provably compliant. Not roughly right, not probably fine. Documented, evidenced and signed off.

Why we do this

A fire door is the one piece of passive fire protection a resident walks past every day, and the one most often found failed: worn seals, oversized gaps, missing closers, no paperwork. Since the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, responsible persons do not just need doors that work, they need to prove it.

That is the gap we close. Our surveyors, installers and remedial teams work to one standard and feed one evidence trail. Whether we are fitting a new FD60 doorset or adjusting a 3mm gap, the job is not finished until the record exists.

We work across Greater London, inside the M25 for block managers, housing associations, landlords, schools, healthcare sites and commercial occupiers.

How we work

Evidence first

Every door gets a unique reference, photos and measurements. If it is not recorded, it did not happen.

Accredited workmanship

Installation and remedial works carried out by certified installers under third-party accreditation.

Straight answers

If a door can be repaired we say so. We only recommend replacement when it is the compliant route.

Portfolio thinking

Schedules and registers built to scale from one building to an entire estate, without starting over.

Standards we work to

Fire doors are tested and certified against recognised standards, and our processes are built around them. When we hand over a job, the documentation maps each door to the standard it satisfies.

BS 476

Fire resistance testing standard for doorsets and components.

EN 1634

European fire resistance test standard for door and shutter assemblies.

UKFDT Approved

Approved Inspector, Installer and Maintainer under the UK Fire Door Training scheme.

FSER 2022

The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, the duty behind routine door checks.
